Privacy notice
Last updated 29 Aug 2026 (MDT). This notice is for Small Shop Fit (smallshopfit.com) and is written in US English. It describes what we collect, what we do not do, and how to reach us.

Who we are
Small Shop Fit is an independent publisher of field-service software cost tables. We are not Jobber, Housecall Pro, or ServiceTitan. If you click through to a vendor, that vendor’s own privacy policy applies to anything you type on their site.
What we collect
Analytics. We intend to use Cloudflare Web Analytics on the live site. That product is designed to measure visits without using client-side cookies for advertising. We use it to see which pages are read, not to build a marketing profile of you. We do not run a third-party ad network on this site.
Email you send us. If you write editor@smallshopfit.com or submit the contact form, we receive whatever you put in the message (name, email address, body). We use that to answer you. We do not add you to a newsletter unless you ask.
Affiliate clicks. If a Jobber or Housecall Pro trial link is live, the partner’s tracking (for example a referral cookie on their domain) is their technology, described in their terms. We do not host a pixel farm. See Disclosure.
Server logs. The host (Cloudflare Pages, once the site is live) may keep standard request logs (IP address, user agent, URL, time) for security and reliability.
We do not require an account to read this site. We do not run a chat widget.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal data. We do not sell, rent, or trade email addresses or analytics records.
- We do not use your contact mail to pitch unrelated products.
- We do not ask for payment card numbers. Trials and subscriptions are on the vendor’s site.
- We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Cookies and similar tech
Cloudflare Web Analytics, as we intend to configure it, does not rely on a cookie banner for a US-only, non-advertising measurement setup. If that configuration changes, or if a form tool sets a functional cookie, we will update this notice. Affiliate links on vendor domains may set their own cookies when you leave this site; that is the vendor’s notice, not ours.
How long we keep it
Contact emails: as long as needed to handle the request, then ordinary mailbox retention. Analytics: aggregate traffic figures; we do not keep a named profile. Host logs: whatever the host retains for security.
Your requests
Email editor@smallshopfit.com to ask what we have from you (usually: the mail you sent), or to ask us to delete that mail. We will not be able to delete vendor-side data (a Jobber or Housecall Pro account you created after you left this site). That request goes to the vendor.
If you are a California resident, we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in the CCPA/CPRA. We do not use sensitive personal information for extra purposes. You may email the same address to make a request.
Changes
If this notice changes in a material way, we will update the date at the top. The live page is the current version.
